Resend the Welcome Email

There may be times when you want to resend the eICS Welcome email to a contact. For example, if you had to correct the contact's email address, that individual may not have received the initial email welcoming them to eICS.

The Welcome and other system notifications are sent to the contact's primary email.

To resend the Welcome email
  1. Point to Planning and click Contacts. The Contacts for (facility/domain) page opens.

  2. In the Contacts for list, select the domain or facility.

  3. On the left, locate and select the contact. The contact's details appear on the right.

  4. Open the Account Information / Log In drawer.

  5. Click Resend Welcome Email. A window opens to confirm the email was sent.
