Review the Error Log

Errors within WebEOC are recorded in the Error Log. If you encounter an error in WebEOC and subsequently contact Intermedix for support, technical personnel may ask you to check the WebEOC Error Log and report its contents.

The Error Log tab displays only the WebEOC Error Log. WebEOC Fusion and WebEOC plugins have separate logs.

To review the Error Log
  1. From the WebEOC Configuration window, go to the Error Log tab.


  2. To print the log to a file or printer, click Print Log.

  3. To erase the contents of the log file, click Clear Log.

  4. Click Save.
