Incidents Reports

The Incidents Report lists each active incident's name, start date and time, and it indicates whether the incident is mapped to a regional incident. This report generates in PDF or CSV (comma-separated values) formats.

Tip: Regional incidents are only applicable when connecting to other WebEOC systems using WebEOC Fusion.

Note: Only users with access to the Incidents Manager can view this report.

To view the Incidents Report
  1. In the Admin window, go to Incidents: Incidents. The Active Incidents page opens.

  2. Click the incident for which you want to generate a report.

  3. Click Actions, and then select one of the following options:

    • Incidents Report - View to open the report in a new window. Opening the report in a new window allows you to print it as a PDF.

    • Incidents Report - Export CSV to export it to a CSV file.

To run a report on an incident
  1. In the Admin window, go to Incidents: Incidents. The Active Incidents page opens.

  2. Click the Run Report link associated with the applicable incident.

  3. To include boards in the report, click Add Board.

    • Select one or more boards in the list, and then click Add.

      Tip: To select all boards, select the check box next to the Name column heading.

      Note: Only the selected boards that contain data appear in the report.

  4. Click Run. The report opens in a new window.

    Note: If data does not display in the report, no data exists in the selected boards.

  5. To generate a hard copy, click Print PDF.
