Manage Process Permissions

Regarding the management of process permissions, administrators have the option of editing or deleting permissions as applicable.

To edit a process permission
  1. In the Admin window, go to Users: Groups. The Groups page opens.

  2. Click the Actions button, and then select Manage Process Permissions.

  3. On the Process Permissions page, click the name of the process permission.

  4. Edit the Process Permission Name or Comments fields as applicable.

  5. Click Save.

To delete a process permission
  1. In the Admin window, go to Users: Groups. The Groups page opens.

  2. Click the Actions button, and then select Manage Process Permissions.

  3. On the Process Permissions page, click the trash can icon associated with the process permission you want to delete.

  4. When the confirmation window opens, click OK.
