Manage Folders

Keeping folders and their respective files organized is critical for the effective flow of an incident. Users must had ready access to necessary files, and that is why WebEOC allows you to edit and delete folders as incidents evolve.

To edit a folder
  1. In the Admin window, go to Plugins: File Library. The File Library page opens.

  2. Click the name of the folder you want to edit. The File Library: Edit Folder page opens.

  3. To modify a group assigned to the folder, change the name or click Edit.

    Tip: Remove a group by selecting it and then clicking the Remove button.

  4. Click Save.

To delete a folder
  1. In the Admin window, go to Plugins: File Library. The File Library page opens.

  2. Click the trash can icon associated with the folder you want to delete. 

    Important: If you delete a folder, all the contents in that folder are deleted as well and cannot be recovered.

  3. When the confirmation window opens, click OK.
