I subscribed to a WebEOC Fusion board – why can’t I see any records?


More than likely, a regional incident was not set up. If the board is incident-dependent, make sure you subscribe to the regional incident that was also published along with the board.

If you mapped a regional incident but still cannot see any data, it is possible that the board you subscribed to has some filters in place that your WebEOC instance is not properly set up to use. Examples of such filters include those related to process permissions or position names. To resolve this, contact the publisher of the board.
