View Archived Board Data

Gain insight into the effectiveness of a response by viewing archived board data in WebEOC. When locating an archive, be sure to narrow your search by using distinct search criteria.

To view board data for an archived incident
  1. In the Admin window, go to Incidents: Archives.

  2. Click the name of the archived incident you want to view.

  3. To query and display historical data for a board, from the list, click the name of the board.

  4. On the Select Archived View page, from the drop-down list, click View, and then click Next.

  5. On the Archived Board page, enter your search criteria.

  6. To execute the search, click the Query button. Data matching the criteria specified in the query opens in a separate window; it appears in the original view format for the board or plugin.

Search Criteria

Keep the following in mind when performing searches:

  • The more criteria you enter, the narrower your search and results.

  • To view all data, leave all query fields blank.

  • Partial searches can be performed on a field.

  • You can use the following formats when including date and/or time criteria in the search:

    • US Date formats: mm/dd/yyyy (for example, 05/27/2014) or [Month] [Day], [Year] (for example, May 27, 2014)

    • International Date formats: yyyy/mm/dd (for example, 2014/05/27) or [Year] [Month] [Day], (for example, 2014 May 27)

    • Time formats: hh:mm:ss (for example, 21:35) or hh:mm:ss AM/PM (for example, 8:00:15 AM, 8:00:15 PM)

Note: You can use the 12- or 24-hour time format. You can enter the AM/PM designation as lower or upper case.
