Manage Attachments

The Attachments section allows you to attach additional files, such as photographs and forms, to a run record before submission. All attached files become part of the Draft document.

Attach Files

Be sure to insert a flash drive into your device that contains the attachments you want to upload. The maximum size for an attached file is 5 MB, and the following file types are currently supported: jpeg, jpg, png, bmp, and gif.

Important: You can delete attachments before submitting the run record, but not afterward.

To attach a file in Windows
  1. In the side navigation of an open run record, tap Attachments.

Organize Attachments in Web

From the attachments table, you can click a column header to order the table by that column. Click the same column again to invert the order.

Additionally, you can organize the entries in a table to quickly find what you are looking for using the Filter field. The Filter field searches for any information in the table, including file names, permissions, dates, and more. As you enter letters or numbers in the Filter field, your search narrows down the entries that match these criteria. For example, entering 'ment' returns results containing words like treatment and mental.

You can also use the table to:

  • View files by clicking the link in the File column.

  • Add any existing files to the permanent medical record by selecting the Include in PCR check box.

  • Remove any existing files from the permanent record by clearing the Include in PCR check box.

  • Edit files by clicking the edit icon, editing the fields in the window that opens, and clicking Update File.

  • Delete files by clicking the trash can icon.
