Add Text to the Sketch

In TripTix Windows, you can use text in your sketch to provide additional details about elements in the sketch. Describe a patient's presentation, add comments related to the state of an accident scene, and so forth

Note: When sketching, you can undo any action by tapping the undo icon in the toolbar on the left. To cancel the action that occurred when you pressed the undo button, tap the redo icon.

To add text to a sketch
  1. In the side navigation of an open run record, tap Sketch Pad.

  2. Tap Create Sketch. The Sketch Pad window opens.

  3. In the left toolbar, tap the text icon.

  4. To change the size and shape of the text box in which your text is to appear, drag the stylus in the sketch.

  5. Type the text you want to include in the sketch. The text appears in the text box you drew.

  6. If necessary, place the stylus on the text box and drag it to a new position.

  7. To finalize the position of the text, tap outside the text box.

  8. When you are finished, tap Save. The sketch you drew appears in the Sketches section of the Sketch Pad page.
