Manage Mutual Aid Agencies

From the Scene section, you can add or delete mutual aid agencies to accurately report whether your crew received assistance from another EMS agency during the run.

Add a Mutual Aid Agency

The mutual aid agencies you are allowed to add is dependent upon the mutual aid agreements for your department. If you are unsure about which agencies you are permitted to mutual aid with, contact your department administrator.

To add a mutual aid agency in Windows
  1. In the side navigation of an open run record, tap Scene. The section expands to show the available subsections.

  2. If not already selected, tap Mutual Aid.

  3. Tap Add Another Agency.

  4. Enter information in the fields as appropriate.

To add a mutual aid agency in Web
  1. In the side navigation of an open run record, click Scene. The Pick Up Location / Incident Location subsection is displayed.

  2. Go to the Mutual Aid subsection and click Add Agency. A new row opens in the mutual aid table.

  3. Enter information in the fields.

Delete a Mutual Aid Agency

To delete a mutual aid agency in Windows
  1. In the side navigation of an open run record, tap Scene. The section expands to show the available subsections.

  2. If not already selected, tap Mutual Aid.

  3. To the right of the mutual aid agency you want deleted, tap the associated trash can button.

  4. When the confirmation window opens, tap Yes.

To delete a mutual aid agency in Web
  1. In the side navigation of the open run record, click Scene. The Pick Up / Incident Location subsection is displayed.

  2. Go to the Mutual Aid subsection.

  3. In the mutual aid table, click the trash can icon associated with the appropriate mutual aid agency.

  4. When the confirmation window opens, click Yes.
