Resolve Validation Errors

If a run record has validation errors, you can correct these issues from within TripTix Windows or via CDX. After the errors are resolved, you can move forward with submitting the run for finalization.

To resolve validation errors in Windows

Tip: Use the search fields at the top of the window to find the run records you need.

  1. On the Home page, tap Recent Records. The Recent Records window opens.

  2. Locate the appropriate run with Validation Error in the Status column and tap its associated edit button. The run record opens.

  3. At the bottom of the page, tap Validation Errors. The Validation Errors window opens.

  4. Review the errors listed and resolve them as appropriate.

  5. When finished, save the run record.
