Check for Errors

Errors appear in the run record if any required fields remain incomplete or contain conflicting information. A run report cannot be finalized and submitted until you correct all errors.

Errors are marked by red stars and warnings are marked by yellow stars.

To check a run record for errors in Windows
  1. From any page in the open run record, go to the toolbar and click Menu.

  2. Tap Error Check. A window opens displaying all errors and warnings in the run record.

  3. To open the page that contains the error or warning, tap Go to Selection.

To check a run record for errors in Web
  1. From any page in the open run record, go to the upper right corner of the page and click the red Error Check button. A window opens displaying all errors and warnings in the run record.

    Errors are identified by red circles with an 'x' and warnings are identified by yellow triangles with an exclamation point.

  2. To open the section of the report containing the error or warning, click Visit.

  3. When all errors are corrected, you are prompted to finalize the record.

  4. Click Yes, Save and Finalize.
