Manage Other Reports

Add or edit supplemental reports related to a particular run. Supplemental or "other" reports can include law enforcement reports, hospital care reports, and other similar documents.

Add a Report

Make your run record as complete as possible by including any relevant reports obtained from law enforcement, receiving facilities, first responders, and so forth.

To add a report in Windows
  1. In the side navigation of an open run record, tap Outcome. The section expands to show the available subsections.

  2. Tap Other Reports.

  3. Under the Reports heading, tap in the Report Type field and select the appropriate report type from the list. If needed, begin typing the name of the report in the filter field to narrow the list of report types.

  4. For External ID, enter the ID number of the report.

  5. Tap Add. The report appears in the other reports table.

To add a report in Web
  1. In the side navigation of an open run record, click Outcome. The Image Workflow subsection is displayed.

  2. Go to the Other Reports subsection and click Add Other Report. A new row opens in the reports table.

  3. Enter information in the fields. If you imported CAD data, the External ID for a given report may be automatically populated.

Edit or Delete a Report

If a report is not applicable to the run you are documenting, or details about the report need to be edited, you can modify the other report directly from the other reports table.

To edit or delete a report in Windows
  1. In the side navigation of an open run record, tap Outcome. The section expands to show the available subsections.

  2. Tap Other Reports.

  3. Go to the other reports table and tap the appropriate entry's corresponding Edit button.

  4. Make your changes.

  5. Tap Edit.

To delete a a report, tap the appropriate entry's corresponding Delete button.

To edit or delete a report in Web
  1. In the side navigation of the open run record, click Outcome. The Image Workflow subsection is displayed.

  2. Go to the Other Reports subsection.

  3. In the reports table, click the field you want to edit.

  4. Make your changes. 

To delete a report, click the appropriate entry's corresponding trash can icon.
