How Do I Reset My Password?

Table of contents

If you forget your password, you can reset it, provided your Department Administrator has enabled this feature for your department.

To reset your password

Note: By default, new passwords must be 8 characters or longer in length and contain at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. However, your Department Administrator controls password requirements and may stipulate different settings. Requirements for your new password are listed to the right of the input fields in the Password Reset window.

  1. On the password login page, tap the Forgot Your Password? button. If your Department Administrator also allows you to retrieve your username, the button may read Forgot Username or Password?. The Password Reset window opens.
