Copy an Event

You can choose to copy an existing event if, for example, you give a patient another dose of the same medication or repeat vital signs throughout the transport. Copying an event allows you to quickly add a repeat event, of which retains all the information entered into the fields for the original event. All you must update are differences in the repeat event, such as the time of the event, dosage administered, new vital sign readings, and so forth. This copy feature can save you significant time when entering multiple sets of Vitals Events, in particular.

See also Copy an Assessment to learn how the copy feature can also apply to adding repeat assessments throughout a transport.
