Add a Vitals Event

Vitals events can be used to document an assessment of the patient's vital signs. You can document the patient's vitals in the Events section or when documenting an assessment. In the Vitals Event window, there are four sections for you to complete: Event Log, Primary, Monitoring, and Scales. For more information about each section, see Vitals Events Fields.

Tip: If enabled by your department, you can import vitals from your monitoring device into this event.
