Copy an Assessment

When you have an extended patient transport time or are managing a high acuity patient, chances are that you will complete more than one assessment on your patient. In addition to the initial assessment, you may complete several reassessments and a destination assessment. If you patient is fairly stable but you are performing an interfacility transport, you may also encounter a need to complete multiple reassessments.

In TripTix Windows and Web, you can speed up the inputting of such assessments with the Copy feature. Copied assessments retain the same data as the original. Once copied, you can go into the entry to edit any details of the assessment that did not align with the original findings, such as a change in the time of the assessment, any new findings, or any improved findings after treatments were initiated.
