The status types a sub-resource reports are defined by its sub-resource type. Before you begin, make certain you have the appropriate sub-resource types and status types set up.

To create a sub-resource
  1. From any page, open the Setup menu in the main navigation bar and select Resources. The Resource List opens.

  2. Locate the resource in the list and click its Sub-Resources link. The Sub-Resource List for (resource) page opens.

  3. Click the appropriate Add (sub-resource type) button. The Create Sub-Resource for (resource) page opens.

  4. Complete the appropriate fields:

Field Description
Name Name of the sub-resource (required).
Sub-Resource Type Grouping of resources, such as by type (required); read only.
