Run the IPN Details Report

If your region uses Basic Incoming Patient Notifications (IPNs) and you have been assigned the Report - Incoming Patient Notification Details right, either through your role or user profile, you can generate the Incoming Patient Notification Details report. By default, the report will include all resources in your region for which you have the Run Reports right.

The report is compiled in EMResource and automatically downloaded as a spreadsheet that can be viewed in Microsoft® Excel®.


To generate the Incoming Patient Notification Details Report
  1. Point to Report and in the menu, click Resource Reports. The Resource Reports Menu page opens.

  2. In the list, click Incoming Patient Notification Details. The Incoming Patient Notification Details Report page opens.

  3. For Start Date and End Date, enter the date range for the information you want to include in the report.

  4. If you want to filter the resources to be included in this report, take these actions.

    1. Click Filter. The list of resources for which you have reporting rights opens.

    2. Enter criteria in the Resource Group, Resource Type, and/or Resource Name options to limit the list of resources.

    3. Select the check box for each resource you want to include in the report.

  5. At the bottom, click Generate Report. The report is compiled and downloaded according to your browser settings.
