Assign Users to View Another Region

As an authorized administrator, you can easily assign your users viewing rights to another region with which you have an active mutual aid agreement.


When a user has access to one or more mutual aid regions, the Other Regions tab appears in the main navigation bar. The user can navigate to that region's view and look at resources and details.

To assign users
  1. From any page, open the Setup menu in the main navigation bar and select Other Region. The Other Region List opens.

  2. Locate the region in the (Region name) can view section and click its manage users link. The Assign Users to view (region name) region page opens.

  3. Select the check boxes for the individual users who can view this other region's information.

  4. Select the check box in the table header (next to the Full Name column header) to select all users in the list.

Tip: Use the fields at the top of the page to search for users.

  1. Click Save.
