View the Run Summary

In TripTix Web, you can easily view all information related to a finalized run record, including its PDF, addenda, attachments, completed forms, comments, fax history, revision history, access history, and eTransfer history. Viewing all these details simultaneously occurs from a finalized run record's Run Summary page.

In reviewing the summary, if it is discovered that any element is missing from the run, such as an attachment or form, these can be added directly from the Run Summary page. If the added element impacts the PDF, the PDF readily updates to reflect the applicable addition.

If the summary appears accurate and does not require further additions, you can go to the Fax History section of the summary and click Fax. The Fax Record window opens and allows you to specify where to send the run and what content to include in the fax.

Optionally, from the Revision History section, you have the option of generating a PDF of a previous version of the run. To do so, locate the revision and click its associated Generate PDF button.

Further, from the Access History section you can view a detailed record of the run’s access history, gaining insight into the complete progression of the run record. Actions appearing in this table include those taken in regard to system settings and pick lists.
