Delete a Record with Validation Errors

In some instances, a duplicate record may have been entered, or a run record may have been entered in error. As an administrator, you can delete a run record with validation errors in such cases.

To delete a run record with validation errors
  1. From any page, go to Run Records: Validation Errors. The Validation Errors page opens.

  2. Locate the appropriate run record, click its associated Actions button, and select Delete.

  3. In the Delete Run Record window, for Reason, enter the reason you are deleting the run record.

  4. Read the text in the red warning message and then select the check box to the left of the warning. Alternatively, if you do not wish to the delete the run record, do not select the check box. Instead, to return to the Validation Errors page, click Cancel.

  5. Click Save.
