Withdraw a Corrections Request

In some instances, a request for corrections may be made and, later, it may no longer be applicable. The person requesting the correction may no longer be employed by your agency, the person required to make the corrections may no longer be employed by your agency, or standards may have been interpreted incorrectly, which caused an unnecessary corrections request to be made. No matter what the reason, it is possible to withdraw a request for corrections when applicable.

To withdraw a Corrections request
  1. From any page, go to Run Records: Corrections.

  2. On the Corrections page, click the Actions drop-down button associated with the run record you want to withdraw the request for and select Withdraw.

  3. In the Withdraw Correction Request window, enter a reason for why you want to withdraw the Corrections request.

  4. Click Withdraw.

  5. When the corrections request is withdrawn, the run record returns to its previous status and is assigned to you for review.
