Respond to an NDR Request

When run data is unavailable for a given month, Department Administrators can submit a No Data Report (NDR) request. As a DOH Administrator, you can respond to these requests, accepting or denying requests as appropriate.

To respond to an NDR request
  1. From any page, go to Requests: NDR. The NDR Requests page opens.


  2. Locate the appropriate NDR request and click its corresponding Respond link. The NDR Response window opens.


  3. For Response:

    • To grant an exception, select Accept

    • To reject the request, select Deny.

  4. Optionally, for DOH Comments, provide any additional information regarding the reason for acceptance or denial. 

  5. Click Save.

The user who created the request can view your response in the NDR Requests table.
