Respond to an Exception Request

When run data cannot be submitted by the due date, Department Administrators can submit an Exception request. As a DOH Administrator, you can respond to these requests, accepting or denying these deadline extensions as appropriate.

To respond to an Exception request
  1. From any page, go to Requests: Exception. The Exception Requests page opens.

  2. Locate the appropriate request and click its corresponding Respond link. The Exception Response window opens.

  3. For Response:

    • To grant an exception, select Accept. Indicate whether the extension should be temporary or permanent. If temporary, enter the date the extension expires.

    • To reject the request, select Deny.

  4. Optionally, for DOH Comments, provide any additional information regarding the reason for acceptance or denial. 

  5. Click Save.

The user who created the request can view your response in the Exception Requests table.
