Unpublish and Delete a QA/QI Form

Once a custom form is created, you can unpublish it or delete it as needs change. Unpublishing a form keeps it available in CDX, editable and able to be published at a later date.

Deleting a form removes it from CDX, making it unavailable for updates or republishing. Before you can delete any form, you must first unpublish it.

Note: You can only manage the published status of department-created QA/QI forms. Global forms cannot be unpublished or deleted.

To unpublish a form
  1. From any page, go to Administration: QA/QI Forms. The Forms page opens.

To delete a form

Note: Deleting a form cannot be undone. If you no longer want a form to be available and active for users, consider unpublishing it instead.
