Manage Automated Notifications

Standard notifications can be sent by all administrators on the fly to anyone in the system for any purpose. Automated notifications, however, can only be managed by DOH Administrators. As a DOH Administrator, you can modify both the details and template of an automated notification. See also Manage Fax Failed Notifications.

To edit automated notifications
  1. From any page, go to Notifications: Automated Notifications. The Automated Notifications page opens. 


  2. In the Notification Type column, locate the applicable notification and click its linked name. A window opens.


  3. Modify the selected template, if necessary.

  4. Modify the day of the month to send the notification, if necessary.

  5. Click Save.

Some automated notifications may use a template. If this is the case, you can edit the notification's template to ensure consistency and ease of notification generation.

To modify the selected notification template
  1. From any page, go to Notifications: Automated.

  2. In the Selected Template column, click the name of the template.

  3. Modify the template as necessary.

  4. Click Save.
