How Do I Reset My Password?

If you forget your password, you can reset it from the login page. By default, new passwords must be 8 characters or longer in length and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. As an administrator, you can change these password requirements at any time by going to Administration: System Settings: Login Security.

To reset your password
  1. From the TripTix CDX login page, click the Forgot Username or Password link. The Request Username or Reset Password window opens.

  2. For Username, enter the username associated with your TripTix CDX account.

  3. Alternatively, for Email, enter the email address associated with your TripTix CDX account.

  4. Click Reset Password. An email with a temporary password is sent to the email address associated with your TripTix CDX account.

  5. Log in to your email account and copy the temporary password listed in the password reset email.

  6. Return to the TripTix CDX login page and enter your username.

  7. For Password, enter or paste the temporary password.

  8. Click Log In. The password reset page opens.

  9. For Username, enter the username associated with your account.

  10. For Temporary/Old Password, enter or paste the password you copied from the password reset email.

  11. For New Password, enter a new password to associate with your account. Re-enter this password in the Repeat New Password field.

  12. Click Update Password. You are re-directed to the login page.

To log in to TripTix CDX, enter your new credentials in the appropriate fields and click Log In.
