View Upload History

To view the upload history of a department, go to Records Exchange: History. The History page opens. 

Note: The image below reflects the page as seen by Department Administrators. What you see may be slightly different if you are a DOH Administrator.

On this page, you can:

  • Use the filters to sort uploads by date range, department, acceptance rate, file name, and file type.

  • Click the percentage links in the New, Resubmitted, Failure, or Accept Rate columns to view upload details for each percentage. On the Details page, you can use the drop-down menu to filter files by Warnings in Records, New Records, Resubmitted Records, and Errors in Records.

  • Click the trash can icon on the right side of the table to delete an uploaded file. This option is only available if you have the appropriate permissions.

  • Upload a file.

History Fields

Date
Date the record was uploaded.

User
Name of the user who uploaded the record.

Department
Department the record was uploaded to.

File
Name of the record file and the description, if provided.

File Size
Size of the file.

File Type
Distinguishes NEMSIS files from all other file types.

Total Records
Total number of records within the file that have been uploaded to the system.

New
Percentage of new records. The total number is listed in parenthesis. Click the percentage link to view record details, such as the PCR number, call date and time, and more.

Resubmitted
Percentage of records being resubmitted. The total number is listed in parenthesis. Click the percentage link to view record details, such as the PCR number, call date and time, and more.

Failure
Percentage of records containing errors. The total number is listed in parenthesis. Click the percentage link to view record details, such as the PCR number, call date and time, and more.

Accept Rate
Acceptance rate for submitted records. Click the percentage link to view record details, such as the PCR number, call date and time, and more.
